Heather Moore understands independent schools because she has spent more than three decades leading them.

Her career is unique—combining more than twenty years as a Chief Financial Officer with over a decade as a Head of School. That rare combination gives her an uncommon ability to connect educational vision with financial strategy, operational excellence, and organizational leadership.

Throughout her career, Heather has helped schools navigate enrollment challenges, financial uncertainty, organizational restructuring, mergers, leadership transitions, and strategic growth. She has successfully led transformational initiatives that strengthened mission, increased enrollment, improved financial health, and positioned schools for long-term success.

Heather holds an MBA with a concentration in Accounting and has taught business, finance, and leadership at the college level since 2012. She has served on accreditation teams, nonprofit boards, finance committees, and educational leadership organizations, bringing a broad perspective to every consulting engagement.
